Each heat exchanger includes the main piece(s). However, some fittings, adapters, hose, clamps and miscellaneous pieces may be needed to complete the installation. Consult with Customer Service<\/a> for further guidance and recommendations.<\/p><\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

What is the difference between the Hydraliner and the Hydraliner STOR?<\/h5>
<\/div><\/div><\/a>

This has to do with the mounting threads for each style Hydraliner.\u00a0 The standard version comes with 2″ NPT thread (National Pipe Thread) that will mount into a standard 2″ NPT bung.\u00a0 The STOR (Straight Thread O-Ring) mounts into a -32 straight thread flange and uses a lock nut with O-ring to tighten into place and complete the seal.\u00a0 The advantage of the STOR version is that the coolant ports can be orientated in any position desired and the lock nut then tightened to secure in place.\u00a0 \u00a0Each STOR Hydraliner includes a steel weld-in bung.\u00a0 The NPT version does not come with the weld-in bung, but it can be ordered separately.<\/p><\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

What size in-tank heater to order for their application?<\/h5>
<\/div><\/div><\/a>

In-tank fuel warmers are sized according to the height of the outside of the tank and the shape of the tank (flat top or round).<\/p><\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

If you have 2 tanks, do you need a heater in both?<\/h5>
<\/div><\/div><\/a>

Most diesel trucks that have dual tanks, usually draw fuel out of both tanks at the same time.\u00a0 Because of this it is important that each fuel tank have matching style fuel warmers or that a single in-line fuel warmer be used in the main supply line to the primary filter, to assure even draw from both tanks.\u00a0 Otherwise, it is possible for one tank to over fill while the other empties due to the returning fuel.<\/p><\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

What is the temperature it will heat the fuel to?<\/h5>
<\/div><\/div><\/a>

This will vary considerably from application to application and product to product, due to temperature of the fuel, outside ambient temperature, coolant temperature, fuel and coolant flow rates.<\/p><\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

What is the lead time for Arctic Fox products?<\/h5>
<\/div><\/div><\/a>

Due to the many designs and sizes, many of the products will have to be built.\u00a0 Typical lead times can vary between 2 business days to 3 weeks.\u00a0 Please call Customer Service<\/a> for lead times of the specific part number that you are interested in.<\/p><\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

Is it beneficial to use an in-line heater if you have an in-tank heater?<\/h5>
<\/div><\/div><\/a>
