    PTI will provide your company with complete solutions by running virtual validation before the design is complete.

    3D CAD models, digital fit checks, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) are just a few of the tests PTI engineers run before prototypes are built. Quick turn SLA prototyping methods are used for physical fit checks before the actual product is created. For Truflo fan products, PTI uses an ISO5801 Certified Wind Tunnel to test new and current fan designs.

    Phillips & Temro Industries tests products on-site to guarantee quality performance and durability.

    Once a part is created, PTI engineers can test it with vibration test equipment, thermal cycle benches, electronic test equipment, data collection systems or in our drive-in test chamber capable of chilling a semi-tractor to -40°C.

    At the Truflo plant in the United Kingdom, the ISO5801 (AMCA 210) certified wind tunnel can test fans up to 2130 mm (84”) in diameter. The research and development process is extensive to ensure PTI parts are the best in every market.
