Circulation Engine Heater Solutions

Home Solutions Engine Heating Solutions Circulation Engine Heater Solutions

Circulate warm coolant in stationary engine applications during cold weather.

Circulating coolant heaters ensure dependable engine starts all year long. By circulating warmed coolant through the engine, it insures fast starts for critical applications, quick acceptance of loads, reduces fuel consumption, emissions and engine wear.

Forced Flow Heating

An active heating system that circulates coolant with an electric pump. Forced flow heaters warm the coolant and pump the coolant through the engine block providing uniform heat distribution.

Thermosiphon Heating

A passive heating system that circulates coolant by thermal convection. Thermosiphon heaters are installed at the lowest point in a system, warm the coolant, and use thermal convection to circulate the coolant within the system.

What is the best heater for your application?

Select the appropriate circulation coolant heater based on the total wattage needed for your stationary application.

  1. What is the engine size in liters (L)?
  2. What is the minimum ambient temperature the engine will be operating?
  3. How quickly does the coolant need to be at operating temperature?

Use the total wattage to determine what size the model circulation coolant heater will fit your stationary application.
